Case Study
Our UK sister company, Bar Booths, installed a photobooth in Bar X which is situated in the centre of London, close to London Liverpool St. It sees a regular footfall of approximately 4000 people per week.
Bar X is a bar and music venue open 7 days per week, with Friday and Saturday being their busiest nights, on which they open until approximately 3:30am.
Since the Phomobooth was installed, the bar owners have had several comments from clients about its great idea and how they love the prints produced. The Phomobooth sees between 1000 and 1500 uses per month on average. A large proportion of users also then go on to share their digital format photos on social media, giving Bar X more social media exposure.
From the data capture feature of the Phomobooth, Bar X receives on average 80 email address per week and 100 phone numbers. They use this data to market upcoming events/feature nights to customers who have previously visited their venue and are therefore more likely to return. As a result, they have seen an uplift in the number of tickets sold for planned events.
In conclusion, Bar X is receiving additional revenue, extra marketing data, and a greater social media presence. They have a unique feature that other bars in the area do not, and they receive monthly money from the Phomobooth all for free. What's not to like!
